Paolo was brilliant - he phoned to check it was ok to come early, then when he arrived he quickly set up and diagnosed the problem swiftly (it was an electrical fault) and then resolved it. He was really polite and knowledgeable. This has definitely saved me a fortune compared to taking it to a main dealer. Would definitely recommend!!

Paulo was an extremely polite and friendly mechanic and arrived punctual and carried out the repair to my car as required but also drove to purchase some oil for me as he didn’t want me to drive my car without it.

Paulo was due between 16:00 & 18:00, but finished a previous job early so called to ask if he could come to us early. This was fantastic for us. He was efficient, friendly and communicated well.
He even came back when he realised he left to locking wheel nut in place on the wheel so it didn't get lost or stolen.

Paulo was professional and friendly, arrived half an hour early and asked what i thought was wrong and got to repairing the problem swiftly regarding the weather problems, when finished, he let me know he cleared the error codes and uploaded them so i can see, also recommend i get new spark plugs. Very informative and great service overall!

Paulo, is a genuine, friendly, professional mechanic. He carried out the work required in a timely manner as per the online order and explained some elements of vehicle maintenance a normal garage don’t take the time to do. I’d use this service again and recommend it.
