Paulo was exceptional. He arrived early, was very polite, friendly, and efficient. He found the problem quickly (which wasn't what we thought) and gave me all of the options very clearly. He did everything he could to keep my costs down - as the part I needed fixing was under warranty, so he didn't carry out any work that would null my warranty.
I would not hesitate to call him back for any work, and if you are lucky enough to book Paulo as your mechanic, rest assured you are in safe, honest hands.
