Superb service, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, and make a solid temporary fix to get the car driving again, all for the standard price I paid for, no hidden fee's ect.

Although I explained the problem I thought thoroughly the mechanic did not have the correct diagnostic instrumentation for the job. He needed, as I had suggested the tech2 saab/gm package to unlock the ecu unit. Today a saab mobile mechanic had me back on the road in 10 minutes.

still confused as to what is wrong with my veichle, there was not a definitive answer to the veichle problem. all I wanted and expected was to be told exactly what the problem was and to have the work done,this im sorry to say was not achieved and feel I have wasted £50.00 odd pound on this diagnosis.

He hasn't fixed The problem!

Adam was great, although the car did start when he got here he still managed to find the fault ando offer good advice.

He was very competent and when asked a question was willing to partake of his knowledge.
