Audi A4 Cabrio Car Won't Start Inspection

No. The mechanic removed all the engine covers, flattened the battery and declared that the car needed new spark plugs. He said he would order some and return the next day.
A week later I called the RAC, they started the car in 10 mins - it was flooded.

I told you the car was flooded and needed spark plugs which are put on your report . I got delayed due to the weather .

Adam mmm! Well he phoned Friday evening to ask if he could come round early on Saturday morning, before 8 am, of course I agreed. Up early as arranged expecting him at 7am as arranged, time went by 8 /9 /10am and still no sign and no call from him! I tried to contact him and the number just kept on ringing eventually he contacted me and said he was waiting for a part to arrive for another customer but he would be with me between 12-1pm and then I get another call to ask if he could come first thing Monday morning, I told him that I was going out and that it must be first thing early. Adam is a law unto himself by the sounds of it Cos he certainly didn't take any notice of warning that I was to go out. At 10.15 I had to order a taxi to take me to the station, thanks Adam more money spent! He finally turned up at 12.15 (my husband stayed at home to wait for him) to think, I could have saved myself the money and waited to take it to a garage on Tuesday morning if I had known it was going to be such a headache with him! Do apologise as did on the phone for the delays as it was over the Christmas and New Years period and had delays with parts delieverys and was held up quite a lot . Normally on point as mentioned . Me having to wait in a long while for parts couldn't be helped sorry again
