Initially appointment has been rescheduled by service fom 12-10 to 19.30-20.00 but received call durring day and asked if Adam could come tomorrow 12.00 Sunday. Called me at 11.00 to tell me that will come at around 16.00. Eventually arrived at 15.00 turned the key and it stared, without even looking he told me straight away what the problem was. That the battery earth strap has to be replaced. Unfortunately was not able to do temporary repair as was still in rush. Price a bit hefty for 2 mins of work and lack of punctuality. But problem resolved. Or will be when replace strap. Thanks

Not good and used my easy start the hole can

My Renault scenic dashboard already advised me that i had a tyre sensor fault and injection fault. So the diagnostic check undertaken didn't tell me anything i didn't already know. The mechanic advised me i needed a new tyre sensor and fuel regulator. Having had my car fixed by the main Renault dealer today, the tyre sensor just needed programming and the injection fault was engine glow plugs. So the £65 i paid was a waste of money and my time. It would seem the diagnostic machine used is not really fit for purpose on Renault cars, i would have expected at the very leastaor it to have recognised the actual fault and then perhaps re-programmed the tyre sensor.
