Sam was really helpful kept in touch before the visit and advised of his arrival time which really helped, he was also very knowledgeable about the potential problem with the vehicle

Overall happy, Sam was efficient and friendly. One issue with the order, which was the last-minute £30 price hike due to the unavailability of the battery that I had originally ordered. I had to pay the increased price because I need my car imminently and can't afford further delays, but would have been happier if this had been communicated earlier (ideally at the point of sale).

Sam mailed me ahead of our appointment and I was able to tell him about the issue with my car. He rang me at the end of the appointment before mine to tell me he would be arriving in 40 minutes as per schedule. Great service, friendly and cheerful.
