Sam was great! He messaged me back answering questions I had promptly. Then called me and explained what was going on and what he had planned for the day so gave me a rough ETA of arrival. On arrival polite and knowledgable. Picked his brains on a car failure mot advised me best he could. Let him crack on 20/30 mins later if that all done and keys presented back to me. Tidy clean work on the side of a road couldn’t have asked anymore!

Sam was great - Seems the job took way longer than expected as parts were seized that needed to come off and it was a terrible mess but he sorted it all eventually. Also cleaned and jet washed off the grease that had escaped from a broken gaitor.
