Sam arrived at stated time, carried out requested work ( major service) also advised of other issues that require attention. This is the second time I have used Sam and would highly reccommend.

Sam was spot on friendly with his communications and the car was fixed within the time scale im so happy my cars found some extra power. The boost pipe was slipping slightly I did no this and Sam notified me when he inspected the pipe that it had a tear as well as slipping. I didn't realize just how much power I'd lost I will be asking for Sam in future. Sam's labor cost were cheap and don't reflect the great work he's doing. Ill requesting to use Sam again he's the best I've used on click mechanic in the Bracknell area and I've used a few too I'm very happy with Sam and cheers can't hype u up enough mate im loving my car again thank you.

Sam arrived early and promptly took my car to do a service and mot. He messaged me when my car passed. Second time Sam has been out to the car, will use him in the future for any problems.

Same was a nice guy, professional and punctual etc but communication on cost implications was poor. In fairness, all I wanted was an MoT and oil change, I had tried to book this on the app but it was so unclear what I had booked or paid for - I knew Sam was picking up for MoT but what happened to the service who knows? So between the app and his communication on cost implications of additional work (including him attending to the oil change, this experience wasn’t great. Furthermore, 1/3rd of a tank of petrol went in the process - I have used ClickMechanic a few times now and this was not smooth.

Sam was amazing. he was very upfront and very knowledgeable which I appreciated. He always was keeping me informed about the car which was good. I would highly recommend him honestly

Great Mechanic. Fitted the replacement battery without issue and was very flexible on time to allow me to be present. A mounth later and the battery is working perfectly. Very happy with the service provided.
