He falsified the inspection report saying he did a test drive and let it slip that he did not when I spoke to him and asked him on the phone. He had avoided calling me and it was a day or two later when he finally got in touch after numerous emails. For Ugur the report is a box ticking excercise not a critical document for people to make decisions to buy on. I paid him £187 - a premium inspection for a work of fiction. When I reported this nothing was done and 3 weeks later i am still asking for my money back. Stay well away from this guy he has no standards and will falsify reports and then has the neck to refuse to refund you. I gave him 3 weeks to make this right before I wrote this review. Ugur was great. Very knowledgeable and called promptly after the work was completed. Answered all questions and doubts. Report was sent within a couple of hours and showed that a thorough check of the car was carried out.

Ugur was extremely precise! He came to do a pre purchase inspection on a S63, and spotted some very specific things I would have never seen. Total cost saving estimated to be £2.500-3.000
