I felt the mechanic could have done more to try to resolve the issue, as the same fault with my car has happened and I’ve called click mechanic and Haddad came and was able to fix thie same problem.

Therefore I’m dissatisfied with this particular mechanic who came today and would not recommend him.

I have now booked with an alternative mechanic.
