Needed a pre-purchase check on a car I wanted. Got an email from the mechanic, Kai, very quickly who was happy to do the job. He arrived on time, carried out the check, phoned to let me know the outcome of the check & sent me a few photos of what he found. This was followed up with the detailed report as promised. Confident in his assessment, I purchased the car - so far no problems with it, so happy with the car purchase. Should also point out that the job was a lot cheaper than the better known companies who carry out these types of inspections.

KO was excellent. Diagnosed the problem was not what I had thought and saved me money from the original quotation which was very good of him.

Kai arrived early, carried out the diagnostics and fully explained what the codes meant.

Mechanic was punctual and knew what he was doing. Job was well carried out.

Kai was a really friendly guy punctual & carried out the repair quickly , I was very pleased with him .

What a great service. Tired of using garages so this is ideal. Wish I’d thought of it sooner. Kai was amazing. Really knows his trade. Explained what was wrong and how to fix it. Even showed me a video of the issue and was able to fix it at the time.

Was happy he diagnosed the problem but was supposed to get me a quote to fix the problem and I haven’t heard anything from him. Very disappointed

Kai was early which was good and reassuring. Worked quickly and think he left the car cleaner than he started.
