Kai arrived on time in the alloted time slot and completed the work without any hassle.

Will never use Click Mechanic again!

Simple service, brake pad replacement which included brake pad wear sensors.

After the job, no brake pad shim was fitted to the front right, causing rattling and brake squeal like I have never had before on any car I have owned.

The brake pad wear sensors were never even fitted and the air filter was not reattached properly.

Had to book into another garage to get the issues resolved at a further cost.

Communication with Kai the mechanic resulted in him saying he couldn't look at the repairs required for almost 2 weeks, plus claimed the rattling was not his fault as shims must have been missing prior, even though no issues had been seen with the car AT ALL prior to him touching it.

He did offer a refund for the brake pad sensors as he clearly never bothered to even fit these, however, he would not refund labour costs?? So basically wanted paid for work HE DIDNT do.

Rather than admit his lack of workmanship I have now had to take a day off work to get the car looked at by a decent mechanic at a further cost of £100, which now I need a 'verifiable' report.

Click Mechanic themselves are worse than useless just stating they are a 3rd party booking agent.

Kia was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't need some work that I thought car did, he quickly pointed this out, fixed what was needed, then readjusted payment. Highly recommended and will use again for any future fixes. Amazing to have work done at home rather having to take to a garage.

Kai was brilliant. Arrived bang on time, work (disc break and pad repair) was completed and ready to drive in under an hour. Reasonably priced too. I was a bit concerned about using a mobile mechanic before hand and I really didn't need to. Was more convenient than the garage. Would definitely use again!
