Pleased with repair, the first diagnosis didn't rectify the problem but I was not charged for this and he came back and carried out the work at a reasonable cost. Will use service again.

I had not heard of Click Mechanic. Needed to view vehicle for sale quickly 100 miles away with no slots in my diary. Click Mechanic did the job for me in a few simple clicks and a very reasonable payment. Next Day was offered and report followed within a few hours of the appointment. On basis of report the purchase was negotiated. Yet to take receipt of vehicle but feel sure the reporting is accurate. This really was uber simple and very convenient.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to your mechanic Matthew , the guy is an absolute credit to your company. My car broke down twice two weeks ago, first time I had it jump started as it would not start at all. The jump start got my car working but then the next morning the car would turn but not start again; I had another jump start and went Halfords and replaced my battery and drove to work only to have the same thing happen in the evening.
