Was initially going to use RAC, but the staff were acting like they could not be bothered and were rude. Didn't even bother with AA either, came across clickmechanic and after reading the postive reviews I gave it ago. I wasn't disappointed, staff actually cared about customer service and were attentive.

I was really impressed with the speed and efficiency of the whole process when requiring a pre mechanic check before deciding whether to purchase a car. I requested a mechanic on Thursday afternoon 21st April 2016 to be at the car place for the next day at 12:00 - 14:00 and Matt the mechanic was there, this service is rare, how any people can get a mechanic that quick, absolutely outstanding. Not only was the car inspected but a report was given showing all faults with the car. The work is now being undertaken on the car, so the very competitive price paid is money well spent. Everyone should use this service before buying a car, do not look any further than click mechanic, well done.
