I was really impressed with the speed and efficiency of the whole process when requiring a pre mechanic check before deciding whether to purchase a car. I requested a mechanic on Thursday afternoon 21st April 2016 to be at the car place for the next day at 12:00 - 14:00 and Matt the mechanic was there, this service is rare, how any people can get a mechanic that quick, absolutely outstanding. Not only was the car inspected but a report was given showing all faults with the car. The work is now being undertaken on the car, so the very competitive price paid is money well spent. Everyone should use this service before buying a car, do not look any further than click mechanic, well done.

Efficient and helpful

Matthew did an excellent job, no messing around. Had all the bits with him, got on with the job, checked the work afterwards - all sorted at a reasonable price. He was so helpful I pointed out a few other bits of work the car needed (leaking suspension strut) and booked him to do that at a later date.

Matt was excellent, he arrived on time, was polite and courteous, and talked me through the work he had done and showed me the old parts he had replaced.
Very happy, will definitely use again.

Malcolm turned up within 15 minutes of the start of the time slot, plugged in the diagnostic gizmo, and told me what he thought was wrong very quickly. He explained what needed to be done, and when he had trouble removing the brake disc (12 year old car) ran through the options carefully. We agreed a plan of action and hopefully it will be sorted when he gets back with the parts. He is very polite, and so far has provided excellent service.
