Unfriendly and unprofessional manner, limited conversation skills- sounded half asleep on the phone.
Unable to remove a bolt on my car as it had seized (fair enough) and wanted an extra £145 to remove and replace.
Asked them not to do the work and to return my car and for the total cost of the day. I was quoted £138 by phone. Subsequently they charged £168 to my card, so didn’t understand “total” obviously. It’s not right that you quote one price and are able to charge something else.
I understand my car is old and the job would have been tricky, but the service wasn’t great- has put me off using click mechanic again.

No issues with the work, however they arrived an hour and half after the end of the scheduled time and then took over an hour and a half to do the work when it should have been 30-60 minutes, partly because they brought the wrong parts and had to go get different brake pads. Communication wise they didn’t want to speak in person and preferred to call me from my driveway while I was inside the house, which meant I couldn’t easily understand what they were trying to say.

Jason is a honest, calm and professional mechanic. This was a particularly big job and I am very happy with the work carried out. Excellent communication throughout, would not hesitate to use him again.

Mechanic was very polite and said he would do the job today 7th march . Finally turned up at 6.30 pm and returned the car at 10pm. He kept to his word . Good job done
