Fixed a issues caused by previous mechanic. Previous click mechanic fitted my water pump incorrectly with a damaged o ring. Jason removed,cleaned and reinstalled the pump and checked to ensure everything worked 10/10

Jason was very punctual, communicative and friendly as previously. Although I've been very happy with his work in the past, on this occasion he was unable to diagnose the problem, perhaps through no fault of his own. However, this meant that because the problems kept reoccurring after his visit, I then needed to book a service two months earlier than it's normally due in order for the problem to be diagnosed. Jason said to call him anytime if there was an ongoing problem, but his failure to return any of my calls (despite leaving voicemail messages) or my text messages, makes me feel as though this £79. 01 was completely wasted.
