Jason did a first class job. Came on time, did the job without fuss in double quick time and extreme hot weather, and offered to come back if there are any further issues. No issues since then, alternator replaced and everything is fine. Highly recommend his services.

I was very at ease with him from the start. I was concerned that the bolts on my rocker cover had rust and will make it difficult for Jason to replace the gasket. However, using different specialised tools, Jason was able to safely loosen the rusted bolt on my rocker cover before replacing the gasket.

It's difficult to rate a fix when the issue disappeared. However, Jason was excellent. Very pleasant to talk to and didn't just accept the engine knocking had stopped. He was very thorough and checking all possible causes from the recording I'd made. He raised the car and examined the engine from every possible angle. He was happy to discuss possible reasons and I'm completely assured he did much more than other mechanics might. He's definitely a gem in clickmechanic's team.

Fantastic work from Jason who carried out a Major service on my Skoda Citigo .Friendly and knowledgeable as usual. Jason then took my car for it's MOT and returned it to my Driveway. So far cannot fault the service from Click mechanic .Thanks again
