Jason had a problem finding the property but this happens a lot as I live on a farm with lots of properties, but he messaged me and we got it sorted once here he went straight into his role found the fault and fixed it, I will be booking him for my service in January I couldn't be more happy with the service

Jason was very punctual, communicative and friendly as previously. Although I've been very happy with his work in the past, on this occasion he was unable to diagnose the problem, perhaps through no fault of his own. However, this meant that because the problems kept reoccurring after his visit, I then needed to book a service two months earlier than it's normally due in order for the problem to be diagnosed. Jason said to call him anytime if there was an ongoing problem, but his failure to return any of my calls (despite leaving voicemail messages) or my text messages, makes me feel as though this £79. 01 was completely wasted. Jason was brilliant would definitely use again, explained everything fixed my main issue which was a blocked dpf, also found where the noise was coming from, which was a split pipe.

Jason was great. The work I had booked him for (break pads) did not actually need renewing. Jason explained and showed me the wear on the pads on my car. He is really polite and did not make me feel like an idiot. I will be using Jason again and would definitely recommend.
