Simon was great. I thought I had issues with my alternator but Simon quickly discovered it was a fan belt - had one spare and simply charged me for the cheaper job!

Had to wait for Simon to arrive but on chatting to him I can see that there were pretty unique and extenuating circumstances for that - indeed, he went out of his way to get to me.
