Simon arrived as scheduled, and reconfirmed the exact fault details & symptoms, as logged. He then inspected car/engine etc..and identified the likely cause of fault and the relevant fixes etc.. (this was an inspection only visit). He then clearly explained this to me. Very professional and knowledgeable, and great to be able to have this done at home in the driveway. Very convenient. The whole process was speedy and efficient.
