Was quick to identify the issue, took time to explain it and then returned the following day having ordered the part required and carried out the required work. No unpleasant surprises, a sound bloke earning a living but also doing his best to do right by people.

Nice guy, on time and thorough but things were missed and a couple of things were incorrectly diagnosed. I should point out that many things were found and subsequently corrected by the dealer pre-purchase.

Next time I will use the AA or RAC.

Simon was so approachable and friendly, myself and my partner could trust him instantly. He was very informative and knowledgeable prior and after the checks were carried out. He ultimately saved us 22,000 pounds by performing a full check on the vehicle when the garage Hartley Motors had told us there were no problems with the car, he was able to discover that the car had been in a crash previously and informed us that there was an oil leak in the engine and cam belt as well as breaks needed changed. His product knowledge was second to no. extremely grateful to have had someone like him along with us to combat these con men! Highly recommend him! Thanks again!.
