I am very much happy with Simon's great help in making pre purchase mechanical check of the car that I've chosen online. He was so flexible as there is a change in vehicle and location from the booking time but he did not hesitated to fulfill my job which is great. Also, he gave enough confidence and details after his inspection result as I wasn't been able to travel to look the car but his inputs help me to take the right decision. When I the saw the car live, I could exactly see how he described over the phone so no further disappointments and went ahead buying my option.
