BMW 1 Series Diagnostic- plug in computer and found charging pressure issues, carry out road test found no boost on turbo pressure side carry out vac test on turbo and actuator moving, vac test pipe to pressure converter and found pressure convert no holding vac.
Check steering and found no track rod or ends required at this time
