Michael rang promptly after the inspection. He was very pleasant and clearly explained the problems with the car. I feel I can't rate the quality of the inspection because I was not there and only have the report to cover what was done I just have to trust that all was done thoroughly and having spoken with MIchael I believe it was. Obviously a road test wasn't done as part of the inspection which was due to the poor service of the garage. I am aggrieved that I was charged an additional £10 for priority day which I didn't realise I had chosen as I assumed this was for an inspection on the same day as the booking - this wasn't clear to me on the booking form.
