Karim was great and got the truck up and running again. He explained everything and took his time checking that there weren’t any other issues. Great guy.

Karim was allocated to my job. He was polite, informative and fully committed to completing the job in hand. He explained to me what was entailed and what the outcome would be. He refused refreshments which is almost unheard of! One hour later the job was finished.

Karim provided very good communication prior to the repair and arrived within the selected allocated time period. He carried out the work in a very quick timescale during a bank holiday.

Karim was superb - he was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond, starting with towing my car back to my driveway which was not an easy feat. He kept me informed and went to buy parts once he had seen what needed changing. He was very efficient and worked continuously until my clutch was replaced. Top service and was certainly use again.
