This guy is useless. He said there was no problem with my car, then he said he thinks there is a problem. He takes my car and days he will have it back early the next day. I told him I need my car for work and he don't listen. He said he is going to do another test at 2pm, when this is what time I start work. This guy really stressed me out to be honest with you. Also, he didn't turn up on the time slot I requested. I chose 10 to 12 and he turns up at 12 to 2. Avoid this guy. He no good.

I checked vehicle couldn’t find any fault in charging system main reason for diagnose booked , but I did some additional check and diagnose , AA changed battery twice in a week Fist time failed second time was ok , if customer knew there is no problem why he has booked another diagnostic with us or click mechanic , wasn’t sure from fault dose it exists or not can’t trust AA , in the ecu fault code were ,
P2562 and P0299 I did some research and found needs further diagnose which I did after customer permission and satisfaction, also I checked tyres condition found car Had 2 front bad tyres close to legal limit was not save to drive , I always check some extra safety checks for customer safety, I towed the vehicle to my garage and done full diagnose with high Standard equipment couldn’t find any fault in charging system, alternator was charging perfectly and done road test to be sure all works fine , customer explained me for others stupid and bad but I have been very honest
He doesn’t think that how much would be deliver cost within 25 miles pick up and drop of by recovery cost but customer had this service for free even others , let say’s I have done my first diagnostic after I was free to should not move on For further diagnose, then customer first no fully satisfied there is fault or not 2 seconds he hast to change tyres , it needs minimum half day job obviously can’t go work also was risk of police points on licence and time , what dose it make different if 15 minutes 1 Hour late also i had problem with payment not made or confirmation, both front tyres has been changed I made ready by 9:00am for delivery made ready for delivery but I did not receive any quote acceptance , but I did all work needs to be done but customer keep calling on delivery date and swearing on me on the phone I asked for payment, he said bring vehicle then he will pay cash at the time of arrival then I reported to the click mechanic admin and I received confirmation to deliver it , customer slot was booked between 2-4 pm but i delivered 1:15pm I knew need it go work after that much hassle then customer had his vehicle then went work I was very nice to him but he even didn’t looked on my face on delivery time , treated me very bad but no problem Iam professional and calm I don’t mind wants customer satisfaction, customer thought Iam jobless, but every minutes there is job for me to accept, but when I accept I’ll do my best to solve before move to another one , i wasn’t deserve for this review ,

I am not happy , I have been waiting for my car to come back to me , it went on Monday now it’s Thursday , I am on holiday this week and waiting for my car to come back , The mechanic has told me lies told me my car would be back at 9.45 today still hasn’t turned up , so not impressed.

Thanks for review and not happy , Vehicle had MOT failure then ordered part and replaced 2 front coil spring were not easy job also on the I promised customer delivery time I said vehicle booked retest at 9:00am after will make my way to customer vehicle retest done at 9:30 and was 1hour 20 minutes I was with customer at 10:50 when I get there customer felt happy she lifted review before I get there , I’ll request her to amend her review she was happy once received her vehicle,

Kaki couldn't fix the car which had too many problems to start with. In the end we decided to cut our losses and have it scrapped rather than keep pouring money into it as the car wasn't worth much to start with.
