I would not recommend Zaki at all. The only good experience was that he arrived on time. He was extremely pushy and didn’t listen at all to what I was saying. I even had to ask him to stop touching my car, after I decided to cancel the booking and pay the cancellation fee. I would not recommend Zaki at all and therefore I would not recommend or use Clickmechanic again. I was very disappointed.

Zaki was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use his services again.

Zaki called before the arranged arrival time to advise when he would be with me. Explained the process of carrying out the MOT and service. He kept me updated with photos of the car when it was collected, during MOT and servicing. Very professional and explained everything that had been carried out plus advisories. Extremely satisfied with his work and advice.
