MY MOT got failed with advisory for one of tyres close to legal limit..Putting the contents from MOT report.

Repair immediately (major defects):
Offside Rear Shock absorbers has a serious fluid leak (5.3.2 (b))
Monitor and repair if necessary (advisories):
Nearside Front Tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge (5.2.3 (e))

Still Zaki has replaced the vehicle without my concern. He told me before collection of the car that my MOT will fail due to one of the tyre.. I told him to replace tyre only if it fails in MOT.

Secondly, new shock absorber price and labour is too high.. Very very bad first and probably last experience. Shock absorber is still OK, but replacing tyre could have been easily avoided...Not at all happy with the service.. Read more

This review doesn’t deserve me from day one when I came to pick up car showed you tyre condition which was very bad pictures sent to you Iam doing inspection if any fault found apart from MOT make share with customer as professional I recommend to change that tyre I wish I could share pictures the service I did to you nothing was compulsory first sent you MOT Failure after Quote sent to you if it was wrong not right you shouldn’t authorise so I can deliver car back to you ( and fix cheaper some where els )

1. Day one you were not sure with click mechanic service then I offered please cancel the job ?

2. Your vehicle condition all around was poor brakes was making squeezing noise and I advised to change but I didn’t because you didn’t authorised even didn’t sent you quote ( you mentioned just need this vehicle go for. School run not going on motor way ?

3. Every single minute I sent you report through what’s up I have proof ?

4. I did sent Mot certificate clearly was showing failure and advisory also I asked your vehicle you need to get repair or need delivery back to your self but you said repair that’s y I kept the car on ramp to repair first thing repair next day even I didn’t delay delivered on time ?

5 . Quote sent to you if not happy shouldn’t accept I didn’t force you to accept it is very bad which used for me Iam always trying to give rights advice but if you think wrong sorry for that ,

6. Iam pick up and delivering light vehicle with recovery truck to save you fuel and other still your not happy

7. Tyre I did change with your concern I told you Iam not doing tyres is third party will cost a bit more then you go to the Shope your self ?

8. Your all complaints is about 2 things
Why I did fit brand new tyre made it vehicle road worthy longer term

Second you paid over price then you lifted 1 star for others

Really pleased with the work completed on the car. Mechanic came out late on Friday because my car bad drastically gotten worse. He thoroughly looked over the car and explained everything as he went along. When he worked on the car he sent photos / videos and messages to keep me updated and answered questions during the following day and was able to have my car back the next evening. Really happy with the quality of work and the care of my car. Everything is very transparent and explained well (especially to a non car person like me) Would recommend and will be using in the future.
