I booked this service for my Peugeot because I understood that I would be getting a Peugeot specialist, the mechanic that eventually showed up 5 hour late said he was using a Peugeot diagnostic computer, but then later stated that it was for any car and not what a Peugeot dealer would use. I didn't get a definite answer to the issue my car is having with it's ABS and was given 3 options of what it could be. This is clearly not helpful as the 3 options he gave me covered all the possible causes of an ABS issue. It was a total waste of time and money with a very poor service. I made my booking for between 12 and 2pm, the mechanic didn't turn up and didn't call, when he did eventually call me at 5pm he said that he had forgotten but could come later. This kind of service level really negates the convenience of booking a service like this. Read more
