STAY AWAY!! Please avoid booking through these guys and especially if they are sending you Mohammad in South East London! They literally robbed me blind on the diagnostic. The information was useless, I had to re-book with local garage to have a car diagnosed and pay another £70!!! Mechanic's rate was £66/hour he charged me £59 and he was barely here for 20 minutes! I have been trying to get the issue resolved since middle of December 2015 but the resolution centre is useless, you won't get anything resolved, they will just ignore you. I have been waiting for response since my last message for almost a month now! Go and find somewhere local, even your MOT service centre may be able to give you better service then you will ever get through here. You simply don't know who is going to turn up!

Booked mechanic for 10-12 for a full service, mechanic arrived at 10:45 and wanted to took the car to his garage which was half hour drive away (first I'd heard of this).
Car arrived back at 12:45, asked him questions about how many people worked on it as to me it was only a hours labour went into the work but was charge £115 labour for 1 hours work.
Didn't get a straight answer of him just "it's very quick on a ramp"
Also £30 for spark plugs in fact all parts were charged for premium parts when in fact buget parts were the order of the day.
For £195 I could have got it serviced at a main dealership, don't think I will get a full service from clickmechanic again.

Mohammed was really friendly and helpful, kept me in the loop throughout and delivered a great quality service. As a first time user, I was a bit dubious about using unknown mechanics from the site, but I'm actually a bit of a convert now.

Second time I've used Mohammad. Both times completed the job and I've been back on the road. Great service.

The mechanic called me at the end of the appointment time to say he'd be 30-40 minutes late (he said he only checked his app once he'd already got home, then saw he had another appointment booked in) but didnn't arrive for another hour.
The mechanic also did not tell me he was installing a new battery until after he'd done it, and did not tell me how much it would cost nor ask if I wanted him to do that.

The mechanic seemed fairly friendly and knowledgeable

No complaints and more than happy to recommend! Car's running noticeably better.
