I gave them a tough time because they did not have any recognisable give me paperwork, but they took it welll, gave me a business card after that and delivered the vehicle as promised. Well done.
I wonder if some of the garages would benefit from a using a form designed by click mechanic that they could download toand use it would say they are part of your scheme and they could quote the reference number given to the customer and input their address on that form before collectimng the car. That may help especially for first -time customers like me have something to link them to Click mechanic.
