Raj was great. Being a female with little knowledge of cars wasn't made to feel stupid as most mechanics I have had to deal with do was a pleasant change.

The work on my car took longer than expected as their were issues, but Raj managed to resolve and and communicated throughout the process all within the agreed costs.

I was not told in advance that the car was being taken away from the driveway for the work to be completed. I would have opted for a different mechanic had I known this as when using click mechanic previously the work was completed on the driveway. The 3-4 hour estimate for the work turned into 9 hours resulting in me having to call in work sick for a night shift despite me advising the mechanic that this was my only mode of transport to work. Messages and calls were not answered for over an hour when chasing up where my vehicle was.
