Diagnosed fault in about a minute, very learned. Pinpointed issue by looking under bonnet and by the noise car made.

Raj was great, very polite and friendly. Rang me the night before to discuss the problems i had and told me what time he would be there in morning to collect my car. Rang the morning of collection to tell me he was on his way and how long he would be. Collected car, kept me informed all day with pictures and calls to let me know what was happening. Raj went above and beyond to fix my car returning at 9.30 on New Years Eve,(could i say anymore, who wants to be working on New Years Eve??). Raj was an excellent help this evening coming to do a diagnostic on my car, he knew exactly what was wrong and the diagnostic confirmed it. So thankful he was willing to come out so late on New Year’s Eve, thank you Raj!

Turned up 2 hours late. First communication was at 10:00. My appointment slot was at 8:00-10:00. Called and it rung once on a no caller I’d. It went to voicemail. I rang back within 4 minutes to him saying I took to long and he’s on his way to another job
Meaning he would be even later. Very unhappy about this. I will not be using this service again.

Raj was very approachable and friendly throughout the process, straight up and honest. Will definitely be coming back again!
