Raj is a nice guy, but lack of communication and information very poor.
Usually the service is done here, but this time we booked an MOT as well. Understandable when the van went missing for 3 hours and we had to chase him to find out where the van was and he didn't answer his mobile we obviously become quite concerned.
It was sorted out in the end when we finally heard from him and he explained that the service was being done in the workshop. We wouldn't have had a problem with that had we known. Also the van wasn't returned until 4pm which was an hour later than the driver was supposed to leave. Also we have no Invoice or receipt of payment which we need for our accounts. Read more
