Great communication, arrived to pick up the car on time. Punctuality is very important. And there was an extra, small repair that was explained fully and carried out with the main job. The car was delivered back when they said it would be and the car runs great. So, all in all a really good service. I haven’t used the site of the repair shop before, but I’m impressed with both. Definitely using Smiths repairs again. 5 stars for communication, service and professionalism.

The guys went above and beyond replacing my clutch today had a bit of trouble but they kept at it even past there closing time knowing I really needed the car back that evening the only thing would be for me is maybe a progress update more frequently would happily use these guys again

As far as I can tell. Obviously not being present at the garage one has to take quite a lot on trust. Car seems to be running ok. The chap who collected the vehicle said he didn't know how long job would take "I only collect and drop back". Apparently, the garage was not 'local' being situated some 10 miles + away. I had to miss a work shift as the car was unavailable for some 7&half hours.

Car was collected as arranged, with a call to check address details & advise me of arrival time. Car had a service and seems fine. As I wasn’t having a fault fixed I can’t comment but I can see things have been greased under the bonnet & the oil is nice and clean. I had a call in the afternoon to let me know car was coming back & to give me advice that discs were worn &
may need replacing soon. All staff were very polite & friendly.

Drives like a new car again. Almost put my foot through the floor as I was used to a heavy clutch, It's now light and smooth, well pleased with the service.
Clutch pedal had been dropping regular and was noisy, decided to get It replaced before It failed. Main dealer gave a six week wait, they were too busy and too pricey. Got on Clickmechanic and the work was booked In and done as soon as and cheaper. One happy customer. Read more
