Excellent service from Smiths repair & mot Ltd messaged me to let me know when someone was picking my car up and dropping it back. The driver was within the time they said they would be here. Had my rear brake pads and discs changed all looks good. Thanks.

The rear brakes on my Hyundai I10 were serviced/replaced promptly and i/m pleased with the work done. Smiths Repair and MOT collected the car and delivered it back on the same day as promised.
Clickmechanic sent me regular emails advising me of progress etc. Recommended.

Couldn't fault these guys, I've had a dpf problem with my Mercedes for some time now with car in limp mode and no power whatsoever...they collected my car from my workplace over 20miles away had it for the day and sorted the problem...it drives like new again and I'm chuffed to bits, I would recommend these guys very professional and efficient...thank you very much 😁

He was friendly but didn't fix the car. He didn't call me during the day and let me know I have to change my brake disc as well. When he called me he told me that the discs have to be changed but he changed the pads only. When I picked the car up he said that he need to change the pads again and he will change the discs as well within 2 months and my car still make the noise. I don't know why he didn't call me during the day I was happy to pay for the extras. I'm not sure if my car is safe and I travel about 60 miles daily . Very disappointed. I try to find someone else to fix it ASAP. I feel like a pay over £100 for nothing.

Great job, car was colleted and brought back within 3 hours.
Changed location as was at work they also accomodated this.

The mechanics were great, they also pointed out that a rear suspension spring was broken and had been for a while ( which should of been picked up on the mot and full service check done less than a month ago ! Also mentioned exhaust was blowing which was picked up on the mot but not sorted yet.

They were excellent with suburb communication, great service from start to finish and the delivery driver was polite and very approachable
