Mechanic was excellent,dropped van off at 11 for a flywheel and clutch replacement.To my surprise they dropped it back finished at 8 pm .Which was really useful because I didn’t lose out on any work the following morning.

Had Major service done on my wife’s Saab. I booked collect and delivery. They collected early which was good quality of work so far seems really good will definitely use Smiths again. Both drivers who collected and delivered the car were friendly and helpful.

They came and took the car away, very friendly mechanic, so can’t really say much re the works, but old glow plugs on front seat of car when it was dropped off, and everything seems good so far. Getting my car collected from my work place made a huge difference, so thank you

Was told the car would be picked up between 12pm and 2pm on Saturday, finally picked the car up on Monday and didn't start the work until Tuesday. Wednesday I was asked to pick the car up and was told after they fitted a new clutch (£607.00) that it was the master cylinder and wanted another £150.00 to fix it. Finally got told the car was ready on the Thursday and was brought back at 7pm after me loosing 3 days work for a 5 hour job. Very hard to contact click macanic because the phone lines are always closed ! Will never be using ever again !
