He was more interested in trying to get me to get the car fixed by him for cash (so no VAT). The report that he has since sent me has mentioned that water damage. At NO time did he mention to me water damage, he showed me an error message on his mobile bike phone but no water was EVER mentioned. I just felt I was been had over and are none the wiser hence I have now booked my BMW into a main dealer as felt completely screwed over by the mechanic who attended my property. Felt extremely uneasy by his attitude and he literally here 10 minutes. Do not recommend at all.

The mechanic was really good and told me about the work that needed to be carried out on my vehicle,I was not put under any pressure when I decided my vehicle was not worth the work that needed doing.The mechanic was great and I didn't feel awkward with my decision,I would recommend him.

Fiat Grande Punto Clutch replacement

Paul was good at explaining things.but when he took car for drive he said it was the clutch but also he thinks gearbox had gone.he took it all out and yes gearbox needed replacing and that he could get 1 for £250.told him to just do clutch ( then I spoke to my sister because it's her car told her gearbox and clutch could go again if that box went back in so she agreed on another one being put in.so I told Paul who said he would go get 1 then he was told scrapyard wouldn't have it ready till tomorrow..and he would come back and do it..but I found 1 at our local scrapyard for £120. Not 250 So not only did it cost 271 for clutch. it also cost 120..for gearbox..62.00 for oil and fork..and 92.00 to fit gearbox...won't be using use again think it would be cheaper taking it to a garage!!! If you would off taking to the garage you originally was taking to you would bill off a thousand pounds.
I give your sister a choice as I explain the box was no good
If I would done the just the clutch and replaced it..two weeks later you would been ring me up complaining.
Your sister paid for the box not to me
I had to run her in my van to collect it and strip old gearbox down this time.
I done jobs to a high level
If not you would been ringing me to complain!!!
The box is now your responsibility no warranty given
Your car is in a bad condition
1-The exhaust is blowing brakets droken off mounts on the engine
2-Your tyres are illegal
3-And you have a massive oil leak
4-you have brakets missing from the engine
5-plate missing from the flywheel
