The contracted job was a pre-purchase vehicle inspection, and unfortunately this was a negative experience for me.

The selling garage incorrectly informed me that the mechanic (Paul) had not attended the job, and as I wasn't able to get hold of him on his mobile, I called ClickMechanic's customer services. They contacted Paul, who then rang me in an understandably agitated state. As soon as I confirmed with the seller that the mechanic had done the job, I informed Click and Paul. Unfortunately Paul kept shouting at me that I was trying to swindle him out of payment, even when I tried to explain the seller's error. Paul hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone or SMS messages.
