Very professional, tow truck to pick up my car from Home (clutch gone) Communication from authorised garage was brilliant, even recieved video clips on how repair was going. Recommend paying that bit extra for a complete car check too. Click Mechanic are a good service, 1st time using. Reasonable price quoted for work Garage has good reputation. Only Downside was my car (Chevy Spark) is not well catered for in UK anymore. Nightmare finding correct clutch cable, and it cost me a pricey extra charge and extra labour, which was disappointing 😕. This meant without the car for over a week, but worth it all in the end. The extra cable charge understandable but extra labour, not brilliant as even though the clutch system was changed, and then had to order and wait for cable, if you consider that if the cable originally ordered was correct this would have all been done and included in quote. Understand extra charge for "special" cable, but extra £140 for labour to fit it, really not my problem. Anyway, would recommend Ruislip Auto. Thanks Read more

Booked a timing belt change on VW Sharan with Ruislip Auto Services. Ahmad communicated professionally, picked up the car on time to take back to their garage, sent me a detailed video showing me the removed parts from the engine and the new timing belt kit, and then delivered car at end of day. Having tested the car for a few days it feels all good so happy with the job.

Ruislip services did all they could to accommodate me . The only problem was that the parts need ie a clutch costing £161 or their sbouts did not exist and a kit costing £ 420 was the only choice. Plus this had to be delivered outside the usual suppliers. Luckily it came On monday and Ahmed and his team got right on it . Informing me and sen ding a video as the car was reassembled. . So . Once Again. Garages and unwary customers are cought out by not getting the items in hand before starting work . That said. All praise to the team at Ruislip services . Ted
