The quote provided was generated through ClickMechanic auto quote platform (which I believe its accurate labour time and with reference to follow on work rate it was on your initial quote) and as per your car we have actually spent a lot longer than quoted due to age/mileage of your car and rusted bolts. We have tried getting your car sorted for you even after working hours and still ..... I am sorry that you feel this way. If you want to discuss this any further please do give us a call we are here to help.
Also we would like to point out we were on time to collect your car and kept you updated throughout the progress of the work and left you courtesy car free of cost and the fact your car failed the mot and you were not happy with the cost there was nothing to stop you from getting the failures repaired at a cheaper rate elsewhere.

Oil level just above half, actually just 1 point morethan the level I have the car.
Service book was not stamped , they just send back service book with mot certificate mentioning service book not provided.
After all I am not happy with the service.

Fiat Punto Timing belt replacement

The driver that collected and brought back my car was a very nice chap but he must have noticed that the engine warning light was on solid on the dashboard panel. This is always a sigh of trouble and yet he made off quickly before I had the chance to meet him. He could not wait a few minutes for me to return from a quick errand. Luckily I have an ECU reader that showed an error with the engine coolant sensor. I cleared the error and topped up the coolant level that looks as clear as water(????). I am not sure now if I have a coolant leak or if it was just a 'settling' thing after having had a new water pump. Time will tell but I didn't expect to having to do this straight from a garage repair. Read more
