Don't know was not there, I was at work. It would be unfair to attempt to review the work carried out as I did not meet him or see what was done. All I know was that the diagnosis was inconclusive and I wasted money calling anybody out. I ended up getting the car transported to a main dealer to be repaired, so my experience with Clickmechanic was, in short, not up to expectations.

Pleasant and friendly service, but just underwhelmed. The "Car Won't Start Diagnostic" didn't reveal anything new to me. Was expecting someone with a van loaded with equipment, but that wasn't the case. The fault was probably beyond the scope of the job. Would only recommend for simple issues.

It's too early to give and assessment but if its up to the past standards, I'll be more than happy.

Great service. The garage even did additional (unrelated) work for free!! You cannot ask for more.
