Clutch fixed ok. However, failed to replace the cowling under the steering wheel. It is too far for me to drive back, so I will have to pay another mechanic to replace it

Either the oil hasn’t been changed or they forgot to reset the cars computer, it’s still coming up with change oil now, which contradicts their final report The delivery driver complained about getting a parking ticket on his personal car for parking in the residential zone, however he failed to mention this to my partner on arrival (we could have issued him a temporary permit) I also told them not to carry out any work that wasn’t an immediate MOT fail and yet there was work done on a top strut mount that wasn’t recorded on the MOT fail

Unfortunately after the clutch completion the vehicle has had to be recovered again to my home as they can not fix now clutch is fitted power is down and car keeps stalling with no help to solution

Great service for first time user, would definitely use this again. It was a simple enough replacement tyre but i didn't have spare time available to go to a garage and wait. This is so convenient.

The work carried out was quite basic, for a full service I would have expected it to be somewhat more thorough. According to the worksheet the only work carried out was a change of oil and filters. Also I was asked to pay for fuel in cash which was quite unnerving and not agreed upon. All in all I will think about using your service again.
