Best transmission did a service and mot on my Citroen they were punctual and kepted me informed at all times and the work they carried out was done very quickly car was delivered back the same day

A very friendly service. My car was returned the same day, it had been valeted and polished and following the repair it now drives like a dream.

Friendly and helpful. Let me know straight away that there was a problem and asked for the go-ahead to rectify it.

No happy at all clutch seems still the same as it went.

When the car Arrived back my windo screen has got a big crack in it wasn't there before it left. I will be in touch with the complaints department.

I cant say whether I am happy or not as I am still waiting for my invoice and paperwork to prove repairs/parts were replaced.
Overall not a bad service, communication needs work - as does the hand over and drop off.
Just a random man coming to take my car, not leaving a receipt or any paperwork or any proof of who he was, was slightly unsettling. Same when dropped off, just handed over the key and left, no explanation of what was actioned and how it all went and again, no paperwork.
I asked if they had anything, said no, took my email address and I still have nothing. Added a message on the ClickMechanic portal, still nothing sent through, I would like this to be actioned, so that I can keep track of what work has been carried out on my car.

Best Transmission Ltd was delayed by 24hrs, however, they kept me updated as to when they would arrive. So no problem there.

Very knowledgeable on the diagnostics, I did have an idea what the issue was, however, Best Transmission Ltd confirmed my suspicion. I would certainly use them again because the battery was at fault and luckily still in warranty. Money saved there.

Great fast friendly service,will use again,kept regular updates,the was great done on my car.

No communication... they took my car at 10am and it took 12 h to do a full service plus breaks and discs all round... I had to chase them otherwise they wouldn't call me back!
Break Light in dashboard after they've changed the breaking system... I'm suspected fast driving and harsh breaking even though the breaks were new!
