Can’t praise Rhys enough! Knowledgeable young guy who was determined to fix my car which was misdiagnosed by another mechanic. He checked it all and found the fault, part needed replacing which was hard to get hold of. He kept me informed all the way and it took three visits to get it sorted! My car starts now whith no issues! Would recommend Rhys to everyone and I know that next time I will need mechanic he will be first point of call!

Rhys said that I needed a new injector which I was aware of. He recommended that I go to a garage to repair the vehicle. But I thought the whole point was to repair the car on site? I would also advise the mechanic to carry and be supplied the correct equipment. E.g Mercedes diagnostic machine. Thank you

Hi. Thanks for feedback. You booked a diagnostic inspection, which was carried out on time, in fact I was 10 minutes early, I called you prior to the visit and fully explained what the problem was after carrying out a diesel leak off test. As general mechanics I'm afraid we cannot carry manufacturer specific machines for every car, hence why I recommended a specialist garage. I think your feedback is very unfair based on this. In future I suggest you make a more appropriate booking as you claim to have already been aware of the problem (there was no mention of the problem before or during my diagnosis) .
