Rhys was terrific. Contacted me well before he arrived, and confirmed the issues with the car (auxiliary belt on an Alfa 147). Arrived promptly, and sorted everything out in 30 minutes. Nice guy, and very knowledgeable.

Rhys was amazing, but did explain that the last mechanics that did my break pipes were the reason I needed this one doing. He didn't know it was a mechanic from click mechanic until he had told me, i explained it was done around 2 months ago and were from clickmechanic, they had done a really bad job. Rhys repaired the problems they had caused and saved me money as I didn't actually need a new pipe. I would defiantly use rhys again. I would however like to makes a complaint about the mechanic that did my break pipes 2 months ago.

Rhys is a very pleasant person to deal with, honest and open in his assessments of the work in hand. There was a delay correctly handled due to his supplier of parts not having the particular piece required. Prompt phone calls from Rhys allayed any doubts that I had and kept me updated. His work was undertaken in a very capable manner, respect shown towards my vehicle during the work. I was invited to watch him work which I did for a time before moving on to other demands. Cannot praise Rhys highly enough. He phoned ahead of the appointment to confirm everything and was able to arrive earlier than originally booked for. He found the problem quickly and was able to rectify it with no issues. Really friendly and knowledgable, I’d definitely have no hesitation in booking Rhys again if I had another problem!
