Rhys was very helpful and took time to complete the job correctly. He was methodical and knowledgeable about my car’s issue. He fixed the problem in less than hour on the 2nd visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Rhys was my mechanic he was excellent, this poor lad worked in appalling conditions to repair my car.
The conditions were so bad when he finished, he was soaking wet, it would not have bothered me if he said he would come back the next day to finish the repair.
From me he gets 10/10 for his persistence in these conditions.
He would be a valuable asset to any company.

Very friendly arrived on time, very knowledgeable. I needed glowplugs changing from discovery 3 2004, very complex procedure for even the most experienced mechanic out there. He managed to do 4 glowplugs very easily in two hours, which some mechanics can take up to a whole day. Highly recommended, will use the guy again and the service. Very innovate company, fit around your work like balance.

Rhys arrived on time, and completed replacing the brake pads (front and rear) in just over one hour.
However, when I drove the car I discovered that the handbrake had excessive play (should lock the wheels after 4/5 clicks and it took 9). I contacted ClickMechanic and explained this, and received an email from Rhys saying the the "self adjustment" probably was not working, and that the caliper(s) would need adjusting manually. He made no offer to correct the problem, and did not reply to my second email. Therefore, he did not complete the job. I will now have to pay more money to have a garage correct Rhys' shortcomings. Turned up on time, in dredful weather, diagnosed the problem, sorted out a price and time for return visit. Great.

Rhys was brilliant. Showed us what he did and was very quick to complete the work and was able to source a new part very quickly.

Rhys was a delight! He did a full diagnostic inspection on a possible Head Gasket problem which was the case. He gave me a very reasonable quote compared to all the quotes I have researched on the internet for “Cylinder Head Gasket replacement” Head gasket set (inc head bolts and various seals) Head skim and carrier reseal. Thermostat and coolant. All done on my driveway which was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Rhys looked over the car following my concerns I made click mechanic aware of. He confirmed the problems and spent the time looking over the rest of the car and found problems relating to the brakes also. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending click mechanic based on my experience with Rhys.
