Rhys and his assistant were the consummate professionals. Did the job without fuss or bother, even suggested I jet washed the steering gear while the wheels were off to save problems in the future and gave me time to do this thoroughly.

Mercedes-Benz C-Class Standard Pre-purchase Inspection

The inspection was carried out at about 11.30am (image was uploaded to ClickMechanic).
I never got my phone call afterwords.
I messaged them asking about the it, the number given wasn't for the mechanic carrying out the inspection (a college) and then failed to pass on the other mechanics information.
I didn't get the final report uploaded to ClickMechanic until 10pm.

Very unfair review. Air filter screws had all rounded off. We couldn’t change the air filter, but did leave the part with you for it to be changed at a later date. We can’t exactly give you the refund your asking for when the labour time to change the filter should be 2 minutes
