He was friendly but I was not happy with the work carried out as I paid for a full service and my car had a low coolant level and it was still showing after the work was carried out. When I checked I noticed the coolant level was below minimum level and I went and topped it up and the sign has disappeared since. So this now makes me wonder what else he did not do as this was a simple task. So I wasn't totally happy about the job. And my service light is still on so now I need to take it in to range rover to get the service light sorted but I still have to pay more money. and more work needed to be carried which I wasn't told about but only saw on the report.

Hi thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I’m afraid the coolant was topped up, unfortunately there must be a leak. With regards to the service light, the car would not allow me to reset it, as a few models of this particular year have a software fault. However I did send you the recall notice so that you can get this rectified with range rover.
It is called N025 Independent Oil Dilution Counter Reset and N118 Service Warning Message Not Displayed Service Reset
Until this software glitch is rectified, nobody can reset your service counter unfortunately, but it’s a problem Range Rover are well aware of.
Also feel it’s harsh to be marked down on communication. You received a tracker link showing how far away I was. In fact I remember calling many times when I arrived without answer to the point that I was about to leave and go to my next job.
